Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or remote fly-in areas. This is to prevent orders from being held in Canada Post’s network.
 
For the best delivery experience, we recommend avoiding P.O. boxes and remote fly-in addresses, if possible.

• No processing or shipping on weekends and statutory holidays

Liability for Shipments

• theryde.ca is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been transferred to the carrier

• Free shipping on purchases over $100
• Flat rate of $20 for purchases under $100
• Flat rate of $50 for oversized items (e.g., trainers, car racks, skis)
• Free shipping on bike purchases of $1500 or more (regular price)
• Flat rate of $200 for on-sale bikes and bikes under $1500

Shipping to the United States

• Free shipping on purchases of $250 CAD or more
• Flat rate of $50 for oversized items and purchases under $250 CAD
• Bike shipping costs calculated at checkout
